Can I cancel/change my order?

Once your order has been placed, modifying or canceling your order is no longer possible.

However, you have the option to:
- Refuse delivery of the package to the carrier.
- Return items to us within 14 days for a refund or exchange. For returns, please refer to the procedure in the "Returns & Refunds" section.

Please note that it is not possible to add gift wrapping to your order once it has been validated.

Orders delivered to France: How can I return my order?

For orders placed before June 25, 2025:

Please ensure you package all returned products securely and include your delivery note and/or invoice inside: this will help us identify your order more quickly and process it.

For orders placed after June 25, 2025:

To make a return, simply follow these steps:

- Go to our return portal via the link "Make a return" or from your my account space

- Select your order, the items to return and the reasons for return

- Choose your return method. You will have the choice between a refund, a credit note, or a size exchange.

Note: In the case of a refund, the cost of the return label of €5 will be deducted from the refunded amount.

- Confirm your return; a return label will be automatically generated. Print the label and affix it to your package.

Orders delivered outside France: How can I return my order?

For orders placed before June 25, 2025:

Rest of the world:

Go to the "Returns Portal" : enter your order number (for example GE1571234567FR without any additional spaces) and your email (the one used when placing your order). Indicate the items to be returned by choosing the quantity and the reason for the return. Check your return method. Click on "Print return label" to download it. Prepare your package with the items to be returned and insert your delivery note and/or invoice inside: this will allow us to identify your order more quickly and process it. Print your return label, stick it on your closed package and drop off your package at the nearest post office. Return costs are the customer's responsibility.

For orders placed after June 25, 2025:

How do I track the delivery of my order?

Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Tracking information will be available in this email or in your "My Account" area.

Special cases for In-Store Delivery: No tracking number will be available. You will be contacted directly by the store upon receipt of your order, meaning you can pick it up within 15 days. After this period, your order will be refunded to the original payment method.

Can I change the delivery method or address?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the delivery method or address. Please check carefully before paying, as once your order is confirmed, we will no longer be able to make any changes.

What are the delivery times?

Once your order is confirmed, please allow 3 to 5 business days for your package to be shipped. This delivery time may vary depending on the time of year.

For international orders, delivery times may vary depending on the country of delivery and can be up to 10 business days. Delays can sometimes occur if the package is held in customs. If your order remains in customs for more than two weeks, please contact our customer service at serviceclient@kujten.com.

Can I make an exchange?

New! For orders in France placed after June 25, 2025:

For orders in France: We now offer you the option of exchanging the size of your product free of charge.

- Click on "Make a return", or access your My Account area - Select the order concerned, choose the item to exchange and the desired size

- Generate your return label

- Return the unworn item, in perfect condition and with its label, using the return label provided.

Note:

- We will ship your new exchange order once your initial return has been validated

- Your exchange will be delivered using the shipping method and to the address of your initial order.

If you wish to exchange your (non-sale) item or obtain a credit note, you can also visit one of our stores and present your receipt.

For orders outside France:

We do not offer exchanges for orders outside France at this time.
