Once your order has been placed, it is no longer possible to modify or cancel it.

During Rainbow Friday, order processing times are longer. Once your order is confirmed, please allow 5 to 8 business days for your package to be shipped.

Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Tracking information will be available in this email or in your "My Account" section.

Upon receipt of your order, you have 14 days to return the items. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unsoiled.

Please note that items returned with the tag detached cannot be returned.

To make a return, simply follow these steps:

- Visit our returns portal via the "Make a Return" link or from your My Account section.

- Select your order, the items to return, and the reasons for return

- Confirm your return; a return label will be automatically generated. Print the label and affix it to your package.

Note: The cost of the return label will be shown before you confirm your return and will be automatically deducted from the refunded amount.

Rainbow Friday products cannot be returned or exchanged in our stores; orders must be returned by mail following the process above.

Orders containing Rainbow Friday items cannot be exchanged. We invite you to return your order for a refund or store credit.
