Can I cancel/change my order?

Once your order has been validated and paid for, it cannot be modified or cancelled as it is quickly forwarded to our logistics teams for preparation and shipment.

However, you have the option to return items within 14 days for a refund or exchange. For returns, please refer to the procedure in the "Returns & Refunds" section.

Orders delivered to France: How can I return my order?

To make a return, please follow these steps:
1. Go to our returns portal via the link "Make a return"or from your account.
2. Select your order, the items to return and the reasons for your return.
3. Choose your return method: You will have the choice between a refund, a credit note, or an exchange (depending on the item). In the case of a refund, €5 will be deducted from the refunded amount to cover return shipping costs.
4. Confirm your return. A return label will be automatically sent to the email address associated with your order.
5. Print your return label and affix it to your package. To ensure your return is processed smoothly, please use the label we have provided.

International orders: How can I return my order?

To make a return, please follow these steps:

How do I track the delivery of my order?

Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Tracking information will be available in this email or in your "My Account" area.

Special cases for In-Store Delivery: No tracking number will be available. You will be contacted directly by the store upon receipt of your order, meaning you can pick it up within 15 days. After this period, your order will be refunded to the original payment method.

Can I change the delivery method or address?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the delivery method or address. Please check carefully before paying, as once your order is confirmed, we will no longer be able to make any changes.

What are the delivery times?

Once your order has been confirmed, please allow 3 to 5 business days for your parcel to be prepared. Your order will be shipped after this preparation period. The actual delivery time will then depend on the carrier. These timeframes may vary depending on the time of year.

For international orders, delivery times depend on the destination country and may take up to 10 business days. Delays may occasionally occur if the parcel is held at customs. If your order remains in customs for more than two weeks, please contact our customer service team at serviceclient@kujten.com.

We do not offer express delivery, either within France or internationally.

Can I make an exchange?

For orders in France:
We offer free size exchanges for your product. You can also exchange the color of your bandana, but only for the same style.

How to proceed:
1. Go to our returns portal via the link "Make a return"or from your account.
2. Select the relevant order, choose the item to exchange and indicate the new size or color desired.
3. Generate the return label.
4. Return the unworn item in perfect condition and with its tag using the label provided.

Namely:
- Your new exchange order will be shipped once your initial return has been validated.
- The exchange will be delivered according to the delivery method and address of your initial.
You can also exchange an item (for a non-discounted, non-sale item) or receive a credit note by visiting one of our stores with your receipt. You cannot request a refund for an online order in one of our stores. We encourage you to return your items by mail, following the online return procedure.

For orders outside France:
We do not currently offer exchanges for orders outside of France.

What are the different payment methods?

You have the option to pay for your order by credit card (Carte Bleue, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, American Express), Apple Pay, PayPal or Shop Pay.

Payment in installments is also available with Alma (in 2 or 3 installments) for any purchase of a minimum amount of €300 in France, as well as with Klarna for international orders.

What are the delivery methods, conditions and costs?

Depending on your location, delivery fees and times, conditions and their threshold for free delivery may vary.

Metropolitan France:
- Home delivery via Colissimo: €8 (free for orders over €400)
- Delivery to a collection point via Colissimo Relais: €5 (free for orders over €400)

European Union (excluding France):
- Home delivery via DHL: €15

Swiss :
- Home delivery with DHL: CHF 15

United Kingdom :
- Home delivery with DHL: £15

Europe outside the European Union (excluding Switzerland and the United Kingdom):
- Home delivery with DHL: €15

UNITED STATES :
- Home delivery with DHL: $20

Canada:
- Home delivery with DHL: $30 CAD

Australia:
- Home delivery with DHL: AUD $35

Rest of the world:
- Home delivery with DHL: €20

Unfortunately, some islands, such as the Balearic Islands and Majorca, are not currently served by our delivery service.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

However, delivery to Northern Ireland will be available very soon, and we are working hard to bring our creations to you there as quickly as possible.


Please note: Delivery to a hotel address is not considered a home delivery. In this case, to ensure the safety of your package, we recommend choosing delivery to a pick-up point. Otherwise, the package may be refused or held at the nearest post office.

What are the return conditions?

Upon receiving your order, you have 14 days to return your items to us. The items must be in their original condition—unworn, undamaged, and unstained.

Please note that items with detached tags cannot be returned.

If you are returning the entire order, any complimentary items received must also be returned.

Any item that does not meet these conditions will be sent back to you, and you will be required to provide a return shipping label at your own expense.

What are the refund timeframes?

Your refund will be processed within 5 business days from the receipt of your returned items and will be automatically credited to the account used to pay for the order. Please allow additional time depending on your bank’s processing times.

  • Order paid by credit card: The amount will be refunded to the bank account used for payment.
  • Order paid with an e-gift card: The amount will be re-credited to your e-gift card.
  • Refund issued as store credit: You will receive an online store credit valid for 3 months on our website.

Please note: Online orders cannot be refunded in-store.
