- A photo detailing the problem encountered

- Proof of purchase (order number or till receipt) - This is essential and mandatory for your customer service request to be processed.

For effective processing, clearly describe the defect(s) observed. Only the information provided in your message will be considered by our teams.

For purchases made in-store, please visit the store where the item was purchased. Our team will be happy to assist you with your after-sales service request.

Important: In accordance with current legislation, all our items benefit from a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity from the date of purchase.
