Can I cancel/change my order?
Once your order has been validated and paid for, it cannot be modified or cancelled as it is quickly forwarded to our logistics teams for preparation and shipment.
However, you have the option to return items within 14 days for a refund or exchange. For returns, please refer to the procedure in the "Returns & Refunds" section.
What are the different payment methods?
You have the option to pay for your order by credit card (Carte Bleue, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, American Express), Apple Pay, PayPal or Shop Pay.
Payment in installments is also available with Alma (in 2 or 3 installments) for any purchase of a minimum amount of €300 in France, as well as with Klarna for international orders.
Has my order been successfully processed?
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number.
You will also find the details of your order in your My Account > My Orders area.
Didn't receive the summary within an hour? Remember to check your spam folder; the email sometimes ends up there.
Otherwise, contact us and we can check the status of your order with you.
Is it possible to order by phone?
Yes, absolutely.
You can place your order over the phone by contacting our customer service team. Our advisors are available to assist you, answer your questions, and securely complete your purchase.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes, the option to pay in installments is available on the payment page and is free.
Payment in installments is made by Alma for France and Klarna for international.
Where can I find my invoice?
You will find your invoice in your Kujten account under the "Orders" section.
What should I do if there is an error in my order?
We take great care to prepare your orders, but it can happen, exceptionally, that an error may occur in your order.
In this case, please note that you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to download your return label in order to return your order to us.
We invite you to specify that the reason for your return is due to a preparation error by stating "I did not receive the correct item".

My payment was declined, what should I do?
We regret that you are experiencing difficulties with your payment. If your payment attempt was unsuccessful, we encourage you to try again using a different payment method or from a different device (computer or smartphone). If this is a 3D Secure issue, we encourage you to try again by removing any special characters from your payment information (accent, comma, hyphen, etc.).
If, despite these steps, you continue to experience problems completing your order, please contact our Customer Service team. Our team is available to provide any assistance you may need.
Can I benefit from tax exemption online?
The Kujten online store does not offer a Tax Free service. Tax refunds can only be issued for purchases made in a physical store.
How do I use my promotional code?
To redeem your promotional code, simply enter it in the "Discount Code" field at the checkout stage, just before finalizing your order. This field appears once you click "Proceed to Checkout" in your shopping cart.

Can I use a store credit on the website?
No, store credit cannot be used online.

How can I buy and use an e-gift card?
You can purchase an e-gift card by clicking on the following link:e-gift card.
The e-gift card will be sent to you by email. You can then choose to print it to give as a gift or send it by email to the person of your choice.
The e-gift card is valid for one year from the date of issue and can be used multiple times. This e-gift card can only be used on the website.
It is absolutely possible to return an order paid for with an e-gift card. Your e-gift card will be automatically re-credited.
How do I pay with an e-gift card?
You can pay with an e-gift card exclusively on the website. Enter your gift card number in the "gift card" field on the payment page during checkout.
Gift cards purchased in-store can only be used in-store. They are valid only in the country of origin, unlike e-gift cards.
Suspicious or fraudulent activities
If we identify signs of fraudulent activity or notice suspicious behavior, we reserve the right to cancel, delete or refund any order deemed abusive, for example due to too many returns or an excessive number of items ordered.
We may also suspend your account. Examples of activities that may trigger this action include, but are not limited to: non-receipt of orders, missing items in orders, missing items in returns, and the return of non-Kujten items. We also reserve the right to take other legal action and to notify the relevant authorities.
