How do I know if a product is available in store?

To check the availability of an item in store, select the "Store availability" option on the product page of the item you are interested in. You can also contact your store directly by phone or call our customer service at +33 (0)1 86 47 72 42 (non-premium rate call), Monday to Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

What should I do if my item has a defect?

We are committed to offering you the finest pieces. If you encounter a quality issue with one of our items, we invite you to contact our customer service at serviceclient@kujten.com, specifying your order number, the item's reference, and attaching photos. We will find a solution.

What if the item I want is no longer available?

We're sorry that your item is no longer available. To be notified if it comes back in stock, you can create an alert on the page of the desired item.
